but since year, it works for both 32bits and 64bits sytems and on ly with internet explorer. Internet explorer produces a "cache file" (in temp folder or somewhere elase.) which is always extensionned with ".dat".Ī day, i noticied if i renamed it with "mp3", then i can listen to it ! so, that how i got this mp3 file since.windows XP. When i want to "get" this music/sound/track, i listened to it using internet explorer (whatever the operating system). Often, i fall on a webradio or podcast with a player. Settings of installed AIDA64 Extreme should be preserved. Using winamp, the file is listenable fine (i test it fully). Streamlined Windows diagnostic and benchmarking software for home users without installation. Why x32 can open the file whereas the 圆4 release (me on win7) can't ?ĭoes the x32 use a local plugin that the 圆4 doesn't (like embeded in gd) ? Thank you for the diags, but the question remains : Apparently, GoFile doesn't like Internet Explorer. MP3Tag shows no metadata (which agrees with MP3 Diags) so there's no invalid metadata.ĭougDbug wrote:The good news is, I got the file. The difference-file has "nice looking" waveforms for the 1st two minutes, then it goes flat indicating no difference.Įverything looks good in MediaInfo and the file size is just about right for a 7.5 minute 256kbps file. I didn't listen (because I'm at work) but I subtracted the two files*. The resulting file has the same exact playing time but it's a little smaller and something is "different" in the 1st two minutes. It compresses audio just as much as MP3, often with better quality.

I know it is not 2013, but the internet tells me that I can install Word 2010 on Windows 10.
Will goldwave 5.70 run on windows 10 windows 10#
Vorbis is a patent-free audio encoding standard. I bought a Windows 10 laptop, and when I try to install it and put my product key in, the computer says it is not Word 2013. This download adds Ogg Vorbis 1.0 support to GoldWave. I backed-up the file and applied "Fix #3" in MP3 Diags. Copy the lameenc.dll file into the folder where GoldWave is installed (usually C:\Program Files\GoldWave ) or copy it into the C:\Windows\System (or equivalent) folder. Since other streams follow, it is possible that players and tools will have problems using the file. Two MPEG audio streams found, but a file should have exactly one. MP3 Diags found a couple of potential problems:įrame count mismatch between the Xing header and the audio stream. The "bad news" is, the file opened fine with GoldWave 6.41 running on Windows 10.
